While pursuing her second year of Computer Science Engineering, Meghana K. recognised that there was more to student life than academic lessons and examinations. Students were looking for hackathons, workshops, internships, technology events, conferences, competitions and experiences that could help them grow beyond their curriculum.
Yet discovering these opportunities was not always easy. Information was spread across different platforms, and students often depended on their existing networks to learn about experiences that could benefit them.
Meghana saw an opportunity to bring students and possibilities closer together. Rather than waiting for someone else to create that space, she decided to begin building it herself.
"That idea became Let's Explore Together — a community centred on exploration, networking, collaboration and student growth."
With Manya M. B. joining as co-founder and people contributing their skills and ideas, the initiative began taking shape. The growing community also helped bring together the people who became part of the team behind Sturdydo.
Today, we are working towards a broader vision: an ecosystem where students can discover opportunities, meet like-minded people, find potential collaborators, and explore what they can create together. We are still at the beginning — but our purpose remains clear.
The vision began with one person. The journey continues through collective effort.
